Physical Acquisition

We receive your component at our Houston lab or arrange professional pickup from your facility. All parts are handled with industrial care protocols.

3D Scan Capture

High-resolution 3D scan using FARO or Creaform systems — capturing all surfaces, features, and hidden geometry with sub-millimeter fidelity.

Point Cloud Processing

Raw point cloud data is cleaned, aligned, and processed to create a watertight mesh representation ready for surface modeling.

CAD Reconstruction

Our engineers reconstruct a fully parametric CAD model with proper design intent, tolerancing, and feature hierarchy — not just a dumb solid.

Validation & QA

The final CAD model is inspected against the original scan with color deviation maps — ensuring accuracy to ±0.05mm or better.

Deliverables

You receive STEP, IGES, SolidWorks (.sldprt), or any required format — ready for manufacturing, simulation, or further design work.
